1. About this Privacy Policy

All Will Know Jesus (“AWKJ,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides an online space where people can discover, read, listen to, contribute, and share content centered on Jesus.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information may be collected when you use All Will Know Jesus, why that information is used, how it may be stored or shared, and the choices and rights available to you under applicable data-protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

Data Controller:
Ben Yeshoua, operating All Will Know Jesus (AWKJ)
Email: contact@allwillknowjesus.online

This policy applies to the All Will Know Jesus website and its connected features, including account areas, Writing, Audio, contributor tools, profiles, saved content, submissions, and Young/Kids-related features operated through the platform.

2. Information We May Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use AWKJ.

Visitors

You may visit and explore public AWKJ content without creating an account.

Technical information may nevertheless be processed when you access the website, such as information necessary for website security, delivery, operation, and technical diagnostics. This may include information such as IP addresses, browser or device information, and access timestamps where these are processed by the website or its technical infrastructure.

Account holders

When you create or use an AWKJ account, information may include:

  • Email address
  • Account identifier
  • Display name
  • Preferred language
  • Authentication and account-status information
  • Profile information you choose to provide
  • Account preferences
  • Dates associated with account creation, login, or updates

Contributors

If you submit writings, audio, or other contributions, we may process:

  • Your account information
  • Contributor or publisher name
  • Country, if provided
  • Biography and profile information
  • Submitted writings
  • Submitted audio and related information
  • Titles, descriptions, categories, and language
  • Publication and review status
  • Contributor communications
  • Website or social links you choose to provide
  • Information about works or programs submitted for your profile
  • Confirmations concerning your right to publish submitted material

Submitting something to AWKJ does not automatically make all of your account information public.

Saved content and private interactions

When signed in, you may be able to save content, words, thoughts, reflections, or other information to your account.

Where a feature is identified as private, AWKJ does not intentionally publish that information as public content merely because you saved it.

Authorized administrators and technical service providers may nevertheless have access where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, moderate, or administer the service.

3. Public Contributor Profiles

Contributors may choose to make certain profile information publicly visible.

Depending on the contributor’s choices and AWKJ’s publication process, a public profile may display information such as:

  • Display name
  • Contributor role
  • Country
  • Biography
  • Interests or experience
  • Contributions published through AWKJ
  • Writings or audio
  • Works or programs
  • Website
  • Social or external links

Information designated as private account information is not intended to become public simply because a contributor has a public profile.

Contributors should not include private or sensitive information in fields intended for public display unless they want that information to be publicly accessible.

4. Audio and Writing Contributions

Content submitted for publication may be reviewed by AWKJ administrators before becoming publicly available.

For audio submitted to the AWKJ Audio area, contributors are asked to confirm that they have the right to publish and share the audio and that they accept the applicable AWKJ publishing conditions.

Approved audio may be made available publicly in full for free listening and free downloading in accordance with those publishing conditions.

Submitted writings and other contributions may similarly become publicly accessible after approval.

Information intentionally published by a contributor should therefore be treated as public information once publication occurs.

5. Why We Use Personal Information

AWKJ may process personal information to:

  • Create and maintain user accounts
  • Authenticate users
  • Provide account and dashboard functionality
  • Remember language and account preferences
  • Provide saved-content features
  • Receive contributor submissions
  • Review, administer, approve, return, refuse, or publish contributions
  • Operate contributor and publisher profiles
  • Communicate with contributors and account holders
  • Respond to requests
  • Administer AWKJ programs and participation
  • Protect users and the platform
  • Prevent misuse, fraud, or unauthorized access
  • Diagnose technical problems
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the service
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations
  • Operate and improve AWKJ

We seek to collect only information reasonably necessary for these purposes.

6. Legal Bases for Processing

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, AWKJ processes personal information only where there is an appropriate legal basis.

Depending on the activity, this may include:

Consent — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR: where you have freely chosen to provide information or have specifically agreed to a particular use for which consent is required.

Performance of a contract or requested service — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: where processing is necessary to create and operate your account or provide a feature you requested.

Legal obligations — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR: where information must be processed or retained to comply with applicable law.

Legitimate interests — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: where processing is reasonably necessary to operate, secure, administer, protect, or improve AWKJ and those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.

The appropriate legal basis depends on the particular processing activity.

7. Religious Information and Other Sensitive Information

AWKJ is centered on Jesus. Consequently, information that a person voluntarily writes, submits, saves, or publishes through the platform may sometimes reveal information concerning religious or philosophical beliefs.

Under the GDPR, information revealing religious or philosophical beliefs may constitute a special category of personal data and receive additional legal protection.

AWKJ does not intentionally collect sensitive information that is unnecessary for the service being provided.

You should avoid providing sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the feature you are using.

Where AWKJ specifically processes legally protected sensitive information, an appropriate legal basis, condition, and safeguards will be used where required by applicable law.

8. Young People and Children

AWKJ includes content designed for younger audiences.

The Young/Kids area should not be used to unnecessarily collect personal information directly from children.

Where information concerning a child is associated with an adult account, AWKJ may process information reasonably necessary to provide the relevant family or Young/Kids feature.

Parents, guardians, and responsible adults should avoid entering unnecessary identifying, private, health, school, location, or other sensitive information about children.

AWKJ will seek to apply additional care to features involving children and young people and to provide age-appropriate information or protections where required.

9. Service Providers and Infrastructure

AWKJ may use third-party technology and service providers to operate the platform.

These providers may support services such as:

  • Website hosting
  • Authentication
  • Databases
  • File or media storage
  • Security
  • Communications
  • Technical infrastructure
  • Other operational services

AWKJ currently uses Google Firebase technology for certain authentication, database, storage, and related platform functions.

Service providers may process information according to their infrastructure, contractual arrangements, applicable terms, and privacy and security requirements.

10. International Data Transfers

Some technology providers used by AWKJ may process or store information in countries other than the country in which you live, including potentially outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Where applicable data-protection law requires safeguards for international transfers of personal information, AWKJ will seek to rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms and safeguards available under applicable law or through the relevant service provider.

11. How Long We Keep Information

We do not intend to keep personal information longer than reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Retention may vary depending on the information involved.

Information may be retained while:

  • Your account remains active
  • Your contribution remains under review
  • Your contribution remains published
  • The information is required to operate a requested feature
  • A legitimate administrative or security need continues
  • Retention is required by applicable law

Information may also remain for a reasonable period in backups, security records, logs, or technical systems before deletion is completed.

12. Published Content and Removal Limitations

There is an important distinction between private account information and information intentionally published through AWKJ.

Once a writing, audio contribution, public biography, public profile, or other contribution is published, other people may be able to view, download, share, quote, reference, or otherwise encounter that material.

Removing content from AWKJ cannot guarantee removal of copies that were previously downloaded, independently saved, cached, quoted, or lawfully shared by others.

13. Security

AWKJ uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss.

These measures may include authenticated accounts, access controls, database security rules, administrative permissions, encrypted connections where provided by the relevant infrastructure, and restrictions on public access to non-public information.

No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for protecting their own account credentials and should not share passwords or authentication information with others.

14. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights concerning your personal information.

Under the GDPR, these may include:

  • Right of access — Article 15: request access to personal information held about you.
  • Right to rectification — Article 16: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to erasure — Article 17: request deletion of personal information in certain circumstances.
  • Right to restriction — Article 18: request restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
  • Right to data portability — Article 20: receive certain personal information in a portable form where applicable.
  • Right to object — Article 21: object to certain processing, including certain processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Right to withdraw consent — Article 7(3): withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that was lawful before consent was withdrawn.

Some rights are subject to legal conditions, limitations, or exceptions.

To exercise a privacy right, contact: contact@allwillknowjesus.online .

15. Account and Content Deletion

Users may contact AWKJ to request deletion of personal information or an account where applicable.

A request to delete an account does not necessarily require AWKJ to remove information that must legally be retained.

Published contributions may also require separate handling from private account information, particularly where publication rights, administrative records, legal obligations, or copies already obtained by others are involved.

AWKJ will evaluate deletion requests according to applicable law and the nature of the information concerned.

16. Cookies and Similar Technologies

AWKJ may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies necessary to keep users signed in, maintain security, remember preferences, or provide essential website functionality.

If AWKJ uses non-essential analytics, advertising, tracking, or similar technologies for which applicable law requires consent, appropriate information and consent controls will be provided.

17. Automated Tools and Content Review

AWKJ may use automated or AI-assisted tools to help administrators identify content that may require additional review, such as potentially inaccurate claims, missing sources, inappropriate material, formatting issues, or other matters requiring human attention.

These tools may assist the review process but are not intended to replace human review for publication decisions.

An authorized AWKJ administrator retains responsibility for the decision to approve, return, refuse, or publish contributor material.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

AWKJ may update this Privacy Policy as the platform, its services, or applicable requirements change.

When significant changes are made, the updated policy will be made available on the website and the “Last updated” date will be changed.

Where required by applicable law, additional notice or consent may be provided or requested.
